Our Story
Russell Room Remodelers began in 1989 as Bill Brinkman Home Improvements with Jeff Russell as Bill's first employee in 1990.
During Jeff and BIll's first year working together, a partnership was forged and Brinkman Russell was formed.
Brinkman Russell built a strong remodeling reputation over the next 16 years with groundwork laid throughout the community. When they amicably parted ways in 2006, Russell Room Remodelers was born and Jeff's wife, Sharon, joined him in the business.
With Jeff designing, selling, and leading production, and Sharon managing the office, Russell Room Remodelers has grown and refined their focus to two areas: Interiors - kitchens, bathrooms, and basements; and Exteriors - additions, screen porches and whole house projects.
Today, Jeff and Sharon's 30+ years of remodeling experience enables them to lead a team that has the skill and expertise to guide you through any kitchen, bathroom, basement, or other remodeling project.

Jeff Russell, has been remodeling homes for over 30 years. He enjoys the challenges of organizing and running a business and the wide variety of people and projects he works with.
Sharon
Office Manager and accounting
Sharon keeps all the numbers in order and the bills paid. Sharon's attention to detail is appreciated by the team.
Dan
Process management and team development
Dan has a customer-centered approach and works to keep the team focused on quality communication, and great customer service.
LaRae
Sales and Design
LaRae guides homeowners through the design process and enjoys helping them navigate all the choices and decisions that lead to a great finished project.
Jason
Project Manager & Production lead
Jason carefully watches over the details of clients' projects, guiding them with a steady hand and a calm demeanor. His positive attitude is contagious and clients' and crew appreciate his communication and problem solving
Caitlin
Drafting and Design
With an architectural design degree from the U of M, Caitlin drafts the plans for each project. She holds the Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer (CKBD) designation from the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and ensures that the designs are clearly communicated to all.
Jeff
Project Management and Sales
Jeff brings 30 years of experience serving remodelers and builders as a lumber sales rep. He is focused on helping expand Russell Room Remodeler's capacity for large projects. His role includes design, sales, and project management.
Darin
Lead Carpenter & Finish Carpentry
Darin joined our team in 2018 and we are all better for it. He brings great finishing skills and cares deeply about customer satisfaction.
Connie
Sales and Production Support
Connie joined our Team in 2022 and brought with her a wide knowledge of building materials gained while working in the lumber industry. She keeps the Jeff's organized and on task.
